FAMILY CLASS IS OPEN for children and their parents.

EVERY SUNDAY 8:30-9:30 am
FROM MARCH 2010
EVERY MONDAY 5:00-6:00 pm as well.
AT Richmond DOJO only.

Parents are most encouraged to join the class with their children. But if you are not participating, please do not stay in the dojo during the class as this can be disturbing for young children.

For the first month, you have an option to try out Karate. You only need to pay for the monthly training fee. At the end of the month, should you decide to continue, you can then purchase the uniform and become a full member.

Please note that until you become a full member, you have no insurance coverage from the club. If you wish to be insured from the start, please pay the membership fee on your first day.

Please be punctual as etiquette in an important part of Karate-do.

You will learn many Japanese terminologies in Karate but two things you need to learn immediately:

"Sensei Onegaishimasu" - Greeting word to Sensei upon your arrival to the class.

"Itch,ni,san,she,go,lok,shtch,hatch,ku,ju" - Jaapense counting. (phenetically written here)
